What's for dinner?

Italian bread

Caesar Salad

Vino

Homemade Marinara

Homemade Ricotta Cheese

Viola Lasagna!

Today I am making homemade Marinara and Homemade Ricotta cheese

tomorrow it will be Lasagna

Happy Mothers Day to all the moms out there.

I am cooking today so I can enjoy one of my favorite meals for mothers day.

1 quart whole milk 1 cup heavy cream 3 lemons zested and juiced 1/2 tsp salt 1tsp.sugar
heat milk and cream to boil remove from heat add remaining ingredients and stir well let stand for 20 min. then pour into cheesecloth lined sieve and let whey drain thru. allow to stand for 2 hours and then press and turn out into bowl and cover with wax paper. is best eaten the same day made.; May 11, 2009 at 12:17 PM
